How much does custom framing cost?
The cost of custom framing is primarily determined by both size and material selection. While you can Contact Us for a general idea on pricing for your project, we encourage you to visit our studio for a complimentary design consultation and accurate quote.
What should I bring to my design consultation?
Short answer: Just your framing project and yourself. Bonus points: Any inspiration, images of the setting where your new frame will be displayed, and family members or friends that you would like input from (share the fun!)
How long does custom framing take?
The majority of our projects are completed within 2 - 3 weeks. More complex projects and certain handcrafted components will add to the turnaround time.
What if I need my framing order quicker?
While we will never compromise our commitment to quality to expediate any order, we do offer a rush service to get your framing ready faster. Rush orders are subject to a 25% price increase and may also incur additional shipping charges for sourcing materials quicker. Please be aware that not all project types or materials are applicable for rush service.
Can I get my finished frame delivered?
Absolutely. We are happy to offer delivery of your finished custom frame. Our fee is based on quantity, size, and distance but starts as low as $45. (Both delivery and pick-up are included for our in-home consultation service.)
Do you offer installation services?
Finished frame installation and hanging services are available through a trusted trade partner. Referrals provided upon request.
Do you offer printing services?
While no printing is done on-site, we have a preferred printing company that delivers high quality images on a variety of substrates. If you have a digital image that you would like printed, upload it to us and we will go over available options and pricing.
Do you offer restoration services?
We offer a glass replacement service as well as basic frame repair. Advanced frame restoration or art restoration is not something offered in-house, but we can facilitate referrals upon request.
Will you work with my own frame?
We are happy to work with a frame that you provide as long as it is compatible with your project type and is structurally sound. We can also repurpose other supplied materials and components that meet the same criteria.
